The adidas Breaking Barriers Project exists to make sport equal for women and girls by providing greater access, equity, and safety in sports.

Since the Project's inception in 2020, I have acted as the Creative Director for the entire Project and its activations. Developing and maintaining the brand identity and Project messaging, defining multiyear creative and communications strategies, developing the creative concepts for numerous digital and in-person activations across events, in-app activations, online educational platform development, communications campaigns, and video production.

In its fourth year, the Breaking Barriers Project has exceeded its impact goals and currently engages 15 nonprofit organizations across 12 European countries, onboarding over 100 Breaking Barriers Champions, and positively impacting the lives of over 67,000 women and girls through sports.

The Project is set to expand across the next 5 years as adidas' longest standing commitment to women in sport.
